Geneva - getting here

By train

Travelling by rail to Geneva is very convenient, with fast services coming into Geneva’s Cornavin Station from all neighbouring countries throughout the day. The best services come in from France and Italy, whereas trains also arrive here on a daily basis direct from, for instance, London

Coming from other destinations in Switzerland via rail is very fast as well since many trains from Zürich or Bern depart several times a day. The station is in the city centre and also has a direct link to Geneva’s Cointrin Airport.

By car

Switzerland is located in the very centre of Europe and getting here by car is quite easy. Moreover, it’s surrounded by countries with excellent highway networks such as France, Germany, Austria and Italy, making driving here even easier.

By bus

Travelling by bus, as well as by rail, is very convenient. There are many daily services from Madrid through London all the way to Budapest.

By air

The modern and efficient Cointrin Airport is located only a few miles to the north of the city, offering excellent conveyance options. It’s served by most of international airlines.
